Birkenhead County Court Marshalling Scheme Process &
Criteria
The Birkenhead County Court Marshalling Scheme is run by the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division on behalf of Birkenhead County Court.
Process
The County Court is willing to accept candidates to marshal at the County Court on Wednesday mornings every week for a period of 3 weeks. The MJLD will select the successful candidates based on their application form and in accordance with the criteria set out in this document. The MJLD will then nominate the selected candidates to the judge, DJ Hennessy.
