Crown Court Marshalling Scheme Process & Criteria
The Queen Elizabeth II Crown Court Marshalling Scheme is run by the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division on behalf of Liverpool Crown Court.
Process
The Crown Court is willing to accept candidates to marshal at Liverpool Crown Court for 3 days in one week. The MJLD will select the successful candidates based on their application form and in accordance with the criteria set out in this document. The MJLD will then nominate the selected candidates to the Judge, HHJ Woodhall.
The dates are as follows:
Applications Open – 13th October 2025
