Family Marshalling Scheme Process & Criteria

The Family Court Marshalling Scheme is run by the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division on behalf of the Family Court in Liverpool.

Process

The Family Court is willing to accept candidates to marshal at the Liverpool Civil and Family Court for one day. The MJLD will select the successful candidates based on their application form and in accordance with the criteria set out in this document. The MJLD will then nominate the selected candidates to the Judge, HHJ Reaney.
