About the Event
MJLD wellbeing event
Join us for an evening of wellbeing in support of our nominated charity Alfie's Squad! MJLD are running a workshop with Yin Yan Yoga on stress-busting breathing techniques followed by yoga.
Alfie's Squad provide specialist bereavement support for young people who have lost a loved one to suicide.
The event will be held at Exchange Flags from 17:45 onwards.
There are very limited tickets available due to capacity. Mats are provided or bring your own! All proceeds will go to Alfie's Squad.
